Of course not. People should be allowed to do whatever they desire that affects only themselves. Unless there’s some reason that not wearing a seat belt causes more crashes, the only affect not wearing a seat belt is damage to the person who decided not to wear their seat belt. Who is the government to say what and what a person can’t do that only affects their own body? If it were to affect anybody else, of course it should be considered to be banned, but no negative affects are happening to anybody else.
